Family Audiology is pleased to provide you with a Complete Hearing Health Care© program. All patients who purchase hearing aids will be provided with this package. It includes the following:

• 2 year repair warranty
• 1 year loss and damage warranty
• FREE batteries (1 pack of 8 batteries per hearing aid issued every other month for life of repair warranty)
• FREE annual cleanings (varies on amount as is specific to patient’s needs)
• FREE adjustments/reprogramming as needed
• Weekly walk-in hours available for simple hearing aid concerns
• Quarterly newsletters for continued education
• Invitations to periodic Upgrade Programs and Open Houses
• FREE office demonstration(s) of advanced hearing aid technology
